Touch Panel Color Display |

This is the first IABP console equiped with a touch panel TFT color liquid
crystal display, which enables speedy operation since performance status
and targeted operations are visually provided on the same screen.
Simply press on the appropriate tab at the right side of the screen to
view the desired information on the five channel multi screen.
The appropreate trigger position is displayed on ECG and blood pressure
signals in order to facilitate the determination of inflation or deflation
timing.
The monitor panel can be fully rotated through 360º or be inclined,
so that conditions being monitored can be observed from various angles.

Periodic data (waves and conditions being monitored are recorded for 4
seconds every 10 minutes) and alarm data (waves, conditions being monitored
and alarm type) are intermittently recorded on a memory card, allowing
the user to accurately grasp operating status and conditions. The CONSOLE

Interchangeable Battery Pack |
|
 |
 |
 |
|
An innovative battery system was adopted to support the transfer of patients
administered with the IABP. Battery operation can be extended indefinitely
by preparing battery packs that can operate the console for 30 minutes
per pack, for as long as required to complete patient transfer. In addition,
the built-in battery provides 60-minute operation. Battery packs are readily
exchanged using the console sockets.
